故事讲述一名肥仔（麦振涛）和穷鬼（罗导谦），在台湾不得已的情况下参加一次长跑，包尾的肥仔冲线时竟获得英雄式欢呼，此后变得充满自信，并要求穷鬼一起参加年终的澳门国际马拉松，两人在训练过程中爆出很多笑点，同时透过马拉松训练和比赛的心路历程，展现青年人在追寻理想的过程中普遍会遇到的问题，从而引发思考，传递正能量。
