巴山夜雨，再见精神原乡； 久别重逢，是否别来无恙。 青年打工人陈羽（袁家欢饰）在大城市漂泊工作，久之感到迷茫和困惑。在内心的驱动下他回到了阔别多年的故乡，在山野中游荡，邂逅了走失父亲的女教师程琳（陈宣宇饰），产生了朦胧的情感；重逢了多年未见的发小、记忆模糊的舅婆和性格固执的老者，他们以不同的方式讲述着故土的人事变迁。
